Emergency Support: Charges: (E & OE)
The variety of circumstances that could and might occur, plus equipment involved is very
variable. In some cases it may be necessary to discuss your requirements with us
and arrive at a mutually agreed figure.
It is possible to give firm rates for the following responses to Home & Small Business users:
* Emergency call-out rate: Mon-Sat 9am - 5:30 pm £25/hr
* Emergency call-out rate: Mon-Sat 6pm - 9pm £30/hr
* Emergency call-out rate: Mon-Sat, 9pm - Midnight £35/hr
* Emergency call-out rate: Midnight - 2am £40/hr
* Sundays - as per times above but add:- £5 /hr
* Spares / parts / software £ at cost
* Equipment access (Access to alternative equipment in order to complete an urgent task) £Ring
* Task Assistance / Expertise:
‘Basics’ £inc
‘High -End’ add: £5 /hr
* Distance: Travel included within 10 mile Tun.Wells Centre £ zero
Per extra 10 mile radius (to cover fuel costs). £ 5
* Response time: Within the hour (distance & other calls permitting)
* Extended work: Discuss for a fixed charge
